The Annual Members Meeting engages UCAR member representatives in discussions that are important to the university community, while also serving as a forum to provide input and guidance on the directions of both UCAR and NSF NCAR.
Panels, workshops, and breakout sessions cover a variety of topics, from the future of data-centric science to improving community models to teaching Earth system science. Over 200 member reps are expected to attend to network, learn, and vote on bylaw changes, memberships, and board and committee members.
The Members Meeting is by invitation only. Registration will open in July. If you believe you should receive an invitation, email Rachel Dammann.
The 2025 UCAR Annual Members Meeting will be October 7-8, 2025 with an Early Career Guest workshop on October 6.
