About AGU Fall Meeting

The American Geophysical Union (AGU) 2026 Fall Meeting will be held in San Francisco, C.A.,  Dec. 07-11, 2026. The AGU Fall meeting is the largest gathering of Earth and space scientists; over 25,000 attendees from over 100 countries will convene.

This year's theme centers around connection: “Connecting is key to expanding the global scientific enterprise. Whether it’s in person, across research collaborations, during mentoring and professional guidance, or through shared advocacy, creating connections is powerful – so powerful that we want to keep that energy going. AGU26 Where Science Connects."
