Our events and programs play a key role in showcasing the impact of our research, helping connect science to society in meaningful and accessible ways. Through national conferences, local public events, and alumni gatherings, we share our work with broader audiences and foster collaboration. All community members are invited to explore the many ways you can engage with us and deepen your understanding of our science.
Current Community Engagement:
- Science and Technology Conferences
Discover where we’re presenting, exhibiting, and leading conversations across the science and innovation landscapes. - Local Science Networking Events
Love science and socializing? So do we. The Front Range Science Social Club (FRSSC) is an informal gathering for science-minded folks along Colorado’s Front Range to network, share their work, and enjoy a beverage together in a relaxed setting. It’s a great way to meet new people, exchange ideas, and build community across disciplines. Get in contact with engagement@ucar.edu to learn more. - Alumni Relations
Stay connected or reconnect with colleagues and friends who have been part of UCAR’s and NSF NCAR’s journey over the years. Through Friends of the National Center we host regular alumni events, sign up for their mailing list to get the latest news and learn about future events.
