Since its launch last spring, UCAR’s Reframe, Envision, Modernize (REM) project has been taking a research-based approach to designing the future of work at our organization — keeping the priorities of our staff at the forefront every step of the way. Now, as staff ideas and recommendations become policy and procedures to govern flexible work at UCAR|NCAR, take a look back at where we’ve been - and ahead to where we’re going.
