Submit Calendar Event

For national and international workshops, symposia, application deadlines, and other events of interest to researchers in the global atmospheric and Earth-system sciences community, submit your event to the UCAR Community Calendar.

(All submissions to Today@UCAR's Calendar of Boulder-Area Seminars and Meetings are automatically posted in the daily view of the Community Calendar as well.)

Web site: Submission deadline is 4:15 p.m. MT in order to appear on the Today@UCAR Web site the next business day.

Weekly Calendar: Events are also compiled and e-mailed weekly via subscription. The deadline for the Weekly Calendar e-mail is 4:15 p.m. MT on Wednesdays.

Daily Announcements: Posting no later than 4:15 p.m. MT one day prior to the event will also automatically generate a reminder under "Calendar events taking place today" on the appropriate day in the Daily Announcements e-mail. You may also wish to provide a brief (less than 100-word) abstract or description prior to your event by submitting a Daily Announcement.

Non-UCAR posters may submit appropriate events for the Boulder/Front Range area using the e-mail pulldown menu in section 1, below, or by sending a message with the same information as that requested in the fields below to ucarcomm@ucar.edu at least five business days in advance.
