The UCAR Wellness Committee (WAC) is pleased to have the opportunity
to offer Weight Watchers at Work.


An informational meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2009,
11:30 a.m. at ML Main Seminar. There are a number of membership
options available ranging from $99 for 9 weeks to about $150 for a
longer session with free on-line tools. Additional information on WW,
resources and memberships provided at the meeting.


Future WW brown bag meetings will be on Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. for
weigh-ins with educational meetings starting at noon. All meetings
will be at the Mesa Lab.


You *must* RSVP for this meeting to assess interest. Please contact
Joanne Graham before 11/8/09 at joanneg@ucar.edu to reserve a spot.
