The UCAR Wellness Comittee is pleased have the opportunity to offer
Weight Watchers at Work.


An informational meeting will be held at the Mesa Lab Main Seminar
Room on 11/12 at 11:30 a.m. There are a number of membership options
available which will be discussed at the meeting.


Memberships range from $99 for 9 weeks to about $150 for a longer
session with free on-line tools. More details will be given at the
meeting.


Future brown bag meetings will be Thursdays at 11:30 for weigh-in with
educational meetings starting at noon. All meetings will be at the
Mesa Lab.


You *must* RSVP for this meeting to assess interest. Please contact
Joanne Graham before 11/8 at joanneg@ucar.edu to reserve a spot.
