Celebrate Good Health at the 2009 UCAR Health and Benefits Fair,
Tuesday, March 3, 2009, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in CG1-Auditorium. No
registration is required for the health fair, which is free and open
to UCAR employees, retirees, their spouses/partners and dependent
children 18-25 years of age. Details on the Health Fair and some of

To participate in the blood screenings for the Health Fair, register
for one of the on-site blood draw sessions listed below. A 12-hour
fast is required for all blood work (those with diabetes should NOT
fast) and be sure to drink plenty of water.
To schedule an appointment, visit Health Promotions Management's
(HPMI) registration site at: www.hpmi.us/ucar.html; download
the Lab Work form outlining the standard and optional (at participant
cost) blood tests available; click the appointment page link; create a
personal log in/password, choose a date/time slot and register. The
system will send email confirmations and reminder notices prior to
scheduled appointments. Note: Separate appointments must be made for
eligible spouses/partners and/or dependents.
