Congratulations to graduates of the 2007 UCAR Leadership Academy.
This is the fifth year for the L/A program that has trained over 100
staffers in the areas of management and leadership. These alumni, from
all areas of the organization, continue to demonstrate skills and
knowledge gained the program to further their careers as well as
enhance UCAR's capacity for excellence.
Each year L/A participants serve on project teams as part of their
training. This year's project topics were in the areas of: diversity,
mentoring, metrics and the Wyoming Data Center. Information and
