Please be reminded that we can experience strong winds at the Mesa Lab
during winter months. These high winds have been responsible for all
kinds of problems, including blowing trash, damage to small structures
and vehicle windows. Consider checking weather forecasts or the
National Weather Service web site for high wind warnings. Employees
who normally park at the Mesa Lab may want to consider using alternate
transportation on high wind days. The UCAR shuttle provides regular
service between our campuses and commonly used public transportation
sites Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 6:30 pm. Schedules are available at
the web site and ML, FL2, CG1, CG4 front desk locations.
