SaSS is conducting a campaign to register staff vehicles in our access
card system. We need your vehicle make, model and color and, most
importantly, your license plate number. This information is stored
within the card access system and used only as needed. Recent
incidents at the Mesa Lab have shown how few people take advantage of
this service. If your vehicle were damaged by weather or a mishap with
another vehicle security would use the license plate number to locate
and notify the owner. SaSS has no other way to identify a vehicle
owner. If you have not previously registered your vehicle information,
and would like to, give your information to any of the front desks or
send the information in an email to cfletche@ucar.edu. If we have your
information but have changed vehicles since registering with us,
please contact Victoria Culkin at X1126 or Renee Ellis at X 8700 to
verify our records are up to date.
