The deadline for submitting any claims for 2004 Health Care or
Dependent Care Flexible Spending is approaching. All claims have to be
submitted to Denver Reserve no later than Thursday, March 31, 2005. If
claims are not submitted by March 31 any remaining funds will be
forfeited. Reimbursement forms are available online in the HR Forms
Library at:

You may fax your claims to 303\795-5105 or mail them to Denver
Reserve, 7852 S. Elati St., Suite 200, Littleton, CO 80120.
