Internal Job Posting Process

In an effort to contain both FTE’s and hiring costs, UCAR will seek to
fill jobs internally. For the foreseeable future, most positions will
now be opened to current employees for at least 5 business days before
being opened to external applicants. Positions will be posted on the
internal jobs site:

You must use your Gatekeeper login and password to access this page.

Applications should be submitted using Webhire:

Because the jobs are open to internal candidates only, they will not
be listed on the drop-down menu. Choose Internal Applicants Only from
the drop-down menu and be sure to include the appropriate job
number(s) in your application materials. (Note that Webhire this
drop-down option is only available when using on-site UCAR computers.)

All current employees must complete an Employee Application for Job
Opening for inclusion with their application materials.
