How to:

Listen

On your computer

No additional hardware is needed to listen to podcasts on your computer, but you must have compatible software.

audio (.m4a files): Audio podcasts will play with any of the current free versions of Windows MediaPlayer, Real, QuickTime, iTunes, or Winamp.

video (.m4v files): Videos will play in the current free version of QuickTime (get free QuickTime player). Another option is VideoLAN, an open source, cross-platform media player. (get free VideoLAN player)

On portable podcatching devices

You can download and listen on any portable podcatching device (iPod, Zune, mobile telephone, etc.). Follow your device's instructions.
