Every October NCAR hosts Super Science Saturday. This free
public event for students, teachers, and families combines science education
with Halloween fun from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This year on October 27, visit Super Science Saturday and see
NCAR scientists starring in live demonstrations, participate in hands-on activity
tables, and take part in special science workshops.
Sponsored by UCAR's Office of Education & Outreach, Friends of UCAR, and KMGH Channel 7, Super Science Saturday is a day of activities designed
to promote public science literacy and enrich the science experiences of area
students and teachers. NCAR’s primary sponsor is the National Science
Foundation (NSF).
