Exhibitor Information

Exhibits will be set up in the Lecture Room, not far from the beautiful Great Hall in the National Academy of Sciences building. The exhibit area will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through breakfast, lunch, and two breaks. Each exhibitor will be provided with the following:

• Space approximately six feet wide; a draped six foot table will be provided (if you require more space or have other particular needs, contact Susan Cross at susanc@ucar.edu.
• Two chairs
• Company identification sign
• Conference materials for booth personnel

Display materials and handouts should appeal to students considering careers in the geosciences.

The reception in the Great Hall will provide an additional opportunity to visit with colleagues and students. Food for the breaks and desserts for lunch will be set up in the Lecture Room which will encourage the attendees to visit the exhibits, meet with you and learn more about institutions and opportunities.

AMS has named Freeman Decorating the Official Service Contractor for the AMS. In that capacity, only Freeman Decorating will provide drapage, labor and decorating services to the Exhibit Program.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: (for those who want to ship their exhibit before the event)

For those who are going to bring their exhibit the day of the event, please come through the main entrance where you will have to go through security.
