NPAD - Network Path and Application Diagnosis project

The NPAD project is the implementation of a proposal written by Matt Mathis and Peter O'Neil, with help from Raghurama Reddy, Janet Brown and Wendy Huntoon. The proposal was submitted to the NSF's Strategic Technologies for the Internet program in mid-2003. Funding for this project is provided by the National Science Foundation (NSF) under Grant Number ANI-0334061
