Receive Electronic Journal Tables of Contents
Receive tables of contents of your favorite journals or subject search alerts in your area of interest.
1. Enter ingenta.
2. Click on the "Sign up here" button on the right side menu.
3. Fill in all required fields (marked with an asterisk).
4. Important: Record your username and password for future use of your account.
5. Click on "Register" from the bottom of the page.
Once registered you will be able to set up to receive tables of contents by signing in and clicking on "New issue alerts" in the right hand menu. At the next screen journal titles can be added or deleted.
To receive subject alerts sign in and click in the "remember me" box. You must check this box in order to complete the set up for subject alerts. Conduct a search, and then select "Search History" in the upper right corner of the results page. Next click in the box by the keyword search you want to save and make a selection from the drop down save menu, press "GO". On the following screen select "create alert" from the drop down menu, click the box by the search strategy you want and press "GO".
The tables of contents for the journal titles you select and the keyword searches you set up will be sent directly to your e-mail account.
