Automatic Notifications of News I Want
RSS Feeds
The library can help you to stay current with news of interest to you by bringing the news to your attention as it happens. You can stay updated by subscribing to RSS feeds from the Library's homepage.
RSS is an acronym for Really Simple Syndication. RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines or podcasts. An RSS document, which is called a "feed," "web feed," or "channel," contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with their favorite web sites in an automated manner that's easier than checking them manually.

Web of Science Alerts
Another way to receive the latest information on a topic or by an author is to set up alerts in Web of Science. You can set up alerts to notify you by email when current information is published on your topic of interest, keep track of the latest papers published by a specific author, and create a citation alert to learn whenever a record you choose has been cited by a new record that has been added to the database.
