Please note: The following form will be submitted directly to Boulder Travel. A copy will also be sent to the UCAR President's Office for their records.

Be sure to approve your itinerary via email with Boulder Travel**within 24 hours** to insure your reservations are confirmed.

UCAR supports alternative means of ground transportation, both to and from the airport as well as around Boulder. We realize, however, that sometimes a rental car is the best option for a traveler, and we are happy to accommodate this request. If this is the case and you are traveling with other members of your institution, keep in mind that carpooling is a great way to go. Otherwise, we offer a couple of options for local transportation while you are here.

The Boulder SuperShuttle offers transportation to your hotel from Denver International Airport (DIA). They will also pick you up at the hotel or at our meeting location to drive you back to DIA. Reservations are not necessary when you arrive, but they are required when you are planning to depart. For more information, please visit http://www.supershuttle.com/en/Boulder.html. For other local transportation (to and from hotels and the meeting location or reception), we will have UCAR shuttle service available with a schedule at the registration desk.
