Slates of Members' Committees
Institutional Trustee Candidates
The Nominating Committee is pleased to submit this slate
of six candidates for Institutional Trustees. Biographical
information on each of the candidates is included as well
as a brief statement by the Nominating Committee. Four will
be elected to serve three-year terms. The slate is as follows:
Trustee-At-Large Candidates
We are pleased to nominate Frank Cushing and Shirley Malcom
for three-year terms on the UCAR Board of Trustees. Two years
ago the Members approved the bylaw change to increase the
number of elected Trustees from fifteen to eighteen, with
one additional Trustee-at-Large to be elected by the Members
Representatives to begin service in 2004, 2005 and 2006. This
is the second year of adding an additional Trustee-at-Large
position. Biographical information is provided and, in addition,
a brief paragraph provided by the Member's Nominating Committee.
