Please complete the meeting registration form and mail or fax (617-249-0272) it to AMS Headquarters as soon as possible . You may also register on-line.

Reminder: If you are a UCAR Member/Affiliate Representative, or URC member attending the Heads and Chairs Meeting in addition to the Annual UCAR Meeting that week, please register for both meetings. You may register for the UCAR meetings here.
