Institutional Trustee Candidates
The Nominating Committee is very pleased to submit these six
candidates for the Institutional Trustee election. Four will be
elected to serve three-year terms. The links below include biographical
information on each of the candidates, statements by the nominees
as well as nominating statements by the committee. The slate is
as follows:

Trustee-at-Large Candidates |
Three-Year Term
We are pleased to nominate Ron McPherson for a second three-year
term to the UCAR Board of Trustees. Biographical information
is provided and, in addition, a brief paragraph provided by
the Member's Nominating Committee.

One-Year Term
Barbara Feiner is enthusiastically nominated for a one-year
term. At their June meeting, the Board of Trustees appointed
Ms. Feiner to fill the vacancy resulting from Patricia Woodworth's
resignation in January. According to the Bylaws, the Board
can only appoint a Trustee until the next Members' meeting.
Considering the one-year vacancy and Ms. Feiner's financial
qualifications, the Nominating Committee decided to propose
Ms. Feiner for the remaining one year of Ms. Woodworth's
term. Biographical information is provided as well as a brief
paragraph by the Nominating Committee.
