Summary of Elections and Bylaw Change

The following people were elected to the UCAR Board of Trustees by the Members Representatives on 9 October 2002. Their terms will commence at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board on 25 February 2003.

Trustees at Large
Barbara Feiner, Washington University at St. Louis
Ron MacPherson, American Meteorological Society

The UCAR Members passed the proposed bylaw amendment to increase the number of Trustee-at-Large positions on the UCAR Board of Trustees from three to six over a three year period.
