The Nominating Committee conducted its work by telephone conference call on January 23, 2006. 

The attached slate of Officers and Committees of the Board of Trustees of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research is submitted by the Committee for consideration at the 2006 Annual Meeting of Trustees on 8 February; designation of the URC Trustee liaison is also made in this report.
