The Nominating Committee conducted its work by telephone conference call on 28 January 2000.

The attached slate of Officers and Committees of the Board of Trustees of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research is submitted by the Committee for consideration at the 2000 Annual Meeting of Trustees; designation of Trustee liaisons with various UCAR programs is also made in this report.
