EAC bought artificial trees for ML, FL-2, ML and FL-2 cafeterias, FL-4, Pearl St, and Jeffco in 2000.
Mesa Lab
EAC ML closet is at the end of the hallway, opposite of the West entrance to the cafeteria. It uses the UB-4 key. The receptionist has one. This closet includes:

Cafeteria Christmas tree
Christmas tree for ML lobby is under the stairs in the ML lobby area.
UTH 2007 items: 4 clipboards, 4 colors metalic markers, Road Closure laminated signs, UTH laminated banner for bottom of the hill, cd roadway photos, whistles, weighing scale, extra margarita glasses, chalk buckets, extra bibs, stopwatches, 12 white umbrellas, Move-It signs for traffic control, 2 boxes safety pins for bibs
Foothills Lab - 2
Both Christmas Trees for the FL lobby and cafeteria and two wreaths are stored in FL-2 closet 1026 near the cafeteria. Ask the FL-2 receptionist for the "A-key". The Event Services staff decorate both the trees. They also set up all Christmas trees, take them down, and store them.
The two wreaths for FL-2 have permanent hooks in the two ground floor glass entry ways on the west and east sides of FL-2. The east side entrance toward FL-1 has a hook on the glass on the N side of the entrance area. The West side has a hook on the rock wall that faces west in that entry way.
As of 2006-01-05, the SONY 1.3 Mpix digital camera and carrying case are in David Ahijevych's office, FL-3, room 2020.
Foothills Lab-4
Closet contains Holiday decorations (tree, lights, wreaths, ornaments) plus Fall lobby decorations.
FL-4 Communications Closet, 3rd floor (near bathrooms)
Key for the closet: Get from maintenance personnel or Logistics personnel.
These decorations are put up and taken down by UOP personnel and 4UNetwork committee members.
Center Green
All the Children's Holiday Party materials, wrapping paper, decorations, etc. are stored in plastic bins in the CG3 warehouse.
Center Green's three Christmas trees: for the Bistro, Lobby, and Childrens Holiday party are all stored in the CG3 warehouse plus the tree decorations.
