Author: Henry Lansford. The author served as NCAR's information officer from 1965 through 1978. His articles on atmospheric research and other scientific subjects have appeared in Air & Space, The Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society, Mosaic, Natural History, Nature, Science, Smithsonian, and many other scientific journals and popular magazines. He is co-author, with Walter Orr Roberts, of the book The Climate Mandate.
