A new session of the FL Yoga class will begin on September 2nd.
Yoga offers a refreshing break in the day. It increases flexibility,
helps relieve back pain, repetitive stress syndrome and reduces
anxiety. Renewed energy arises from precise attention to alignment and
continuous flow of yoga postures. The class is both gentle and
rigorous.
The class costs $6 per session if paid in advance. Classes are on
Tuesday and Friday, from 10:55am to 11:55am. The session lasts eight
weeks.
