MAT CLASSES

Repatterning exercises based on The Method of Joseph H. Pilates,
taught by Christine Guzy.

New sessions:

Foothills Lab
   Monday,     7 July through 18 August, 11:00 - 12:00 p.m.
   Thursday,  17 July through 28 August, 12:05 -  1:05 p.m.

Mesa Lab
   Tuesday,    8 July through 19 August, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
   Thursday,  10 July through 21 August, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Note: Christine is on vacation 11-15 August.

Cost:  $36 for each six week session. Drop-in, $7 per class.

These mat exercises are non-impact. They are yoga-like, but with
more movement. They help build strength and flexibility, focusing
on abdominal strength and breath.

You may start classes at any time during the session. For more

WEATHER TRAIL GRAND OPENING IS TOMORROW

The Walter Orr Roberts Weather Trail will celebrate its grand opening
tomorrow, 11 July, with a public reception from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.  All
staff and their families are welcome to attend.  The 0.4-kilometer
trail is directly behind the Mesa Lab.
