Larry McDaniel, ext. 8128, FL3 room 2071. ************************************************************************ TOM NIXON, 1928-1997 Tom Nixon, the architect who designed the Foothills Lab building for NBI and then revamped it for UCAR, was killed in a plane crash near Helena, Montana, on 6 January. Nixon worked closely with staff from 1990 to 1992 during the FL redesign.
