The 1980s

Bill Hess (center, looking over the shoulder of Tom Seliga), NCAR director from 1980 to 1986, visited the CP-2 radar, then located east of Lafayette, in 1983. On hand were some long-time NCAR staff: left to right, Rit Carbone, Harold Baynton, V. Bringi, Bill, Tom, and Paul Herzegh.
