After becoming a UCAR-owned building, 3300 Mitchell Lane ("the building formerly known as UCAR North") has taken the name of its larger neighbor. According to NCAR associate director Walt Dabberdt, the President's Council has voted to rename the building Foothills Lab 4. The FL4 abbreviation should be used for interoffice mail and other purposes where an acronym is called for.
