Super
Science Saturday chills out
Another costume-filled event was this fall’s Super
Science Saturday, held one day before Halloween at the
Mesa Lab. The theme, “super cool science,”
lent itself to activities about the polar regions as
well as encompassing cool hands-on experiments in the
Little Shop of Physics, a Halloween science maze, weather
balloon launches, a slideshow on clouds, and more. Some
4,000 people attended, many already dressed for the
holiday. A chillin’ good time was had by all.
