ATD reorganizes

ATD recently reorganized itself, combining two facilities into one, with Dave Parsons as its manager. The new facility combines Remote Sensing and Surface and Soundings Systems. "This change brings all of our ground-based systems under one roof," says ATD director Dave Carlson. "Dave brings scientific breadth, devotion to ATD's community service role, and a wealth of experience with ground-based instruments to his new role as manager of a new facility."
